PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye axial length measurement device, eye ball shape information acquisition method and eye ball shape information acquisition program allowing for confirmation of the eye ball shape of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: The eye axial length measurement device is provided that comprises an interference optical system for detecting an interference signal between measurement light with which an eye to be examined is irradiated and reference light. The eye axial length measurement device comprises: measurement position change means for changing a measurement position of eye axial length on the eye to be examined and acquisition means for acquiring the eye axial length of the eye to be examined on the basis of the interference signal from the interference optical system.
