A pruning waste recycling system that effectively uses a narrow space is provided. In a stock cage 2, pruning waste material 5 generated by pruning excess branches and leaves of a garden tree is stored and used as humus soil, and plants such as vegetables and mushrooms are cultivated using the humus soil. Since the installation location of the stock cage 2 is a yard of the contractor's house or a vacant space in the house, the degree of positive contact, moisture, etc. are different for each stock cage 2. Therefore, the computer 3 in the management center selects and cultivates vegetables that meet the installation conditions.
