PURPOSE: A producing method of health supplementary food using Acer tegmentosum is provided to offer the liver function improvement and protective action to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using Acer tegmentosum comprises the following steps； inserting crushed jade stones into a water purifier； inserting the roots of Acer tegmentosum and Rosa multiflora into purified water discharged from the water purifier, and heating the water at 100 deg. C for concentrating for 40-50 hours； and inserting ginseng and Dictamnus albus into the obtained concentrate, and concentrating the mixture at 100 deg. C for 65-75 hours.본 발명에서는 천연재료를 사용해 인체에 부작용이 없고, 천연약재 원료들에 함유된 인체에 유용하고 약효가 있는 성분들을 통한 간 기능개선 및 보호 작용을 할 수 있는 산겨릅나무를 이용한 건강보조식품의 제조방법에 관하여 개시된다.
