Automatic spraying system which can be used for variety of different cultivation techniques - has series of capacitors buried in ground to measure humidity and to turn on or off irrigation according to pre-set requirements.
The spraying system is controlled by one, or a series of capacitative sensors, buried in the ground. The sensors are of the form of at least two rods, of which the shape and dimensions are suitable for the range of humidity and the type of cultivation to be irrigated. The sensors are linked to an electronic controller which controls the starting and stopping of the spraying, when the value of the measured capacitance falls below or passes above the pre-set values. ADVANTAGE - It allows greater and localised control of the water levels to suit the requirements of the cultivation.
