PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder for continuously maintaining undifferentiated condition thereof in culture of a human pluripotent stem cell.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method of using mesodermal stem cells produced by a method comprising the following steps as a cell culture feeder in a condition not containing bFGF (basic Fibroblast Growth Factor): a) a step of culturing a human pluripotent stem cell for 14 days to form an embryoid body； b) a step of culturing the embryoid body after bonding it, and inducing differentiation to a mesodermal stem cell spontaneously； and c) a step of culturing and proliferating the mesodermal stem cell.【課題】ヒト万能幹細胞の培養において、その未分化状態を継続的に維持させるためのフィーダー（feeder）の提供。【解決手段】下記の段階を含む方法により生産された中胚葉幹細胞を、ｂFGF（basic Fibroblast Growth Factor）未含有条件で細胞培養フィーダー（feeder）として使用する方法：a)ヒト万能幹細胞を１４日間培養し胚様体を形成する段階； b)前記胚様体を附着後培養し自発的に中胚葉幹細胞への分化を誘導する段階；及びc)前記中胚葉幹細胞を増殖培養する段階。【選択図】なし
