A nano-titanium photothermal agent, a preparation method thereof, and an application of the same in preparing a photothermal therapeutic drug. The nano-titanium photothermal agent comprises a two-dimensional titanium nanosheet and a biocompatible material coated on a surface of the two-dimensional titanium nanosheet. The preparation method comprises: providing a titanium raw material, exfoliating the titanium raw material by liquid-phase exfoliation to obtain a two-dimensional titanium nanosheet, providing a biocompatible material, and mixing the two-dimensional titanium nanosheet with the biocompatible material at 10-30°C for 3-6 h to obtain a nano-titanium photothermal agent.L'invention concerne un agent photothermique à base de nano-titane, son procédé de préparation, et son application dans la préparation d'un médicament thérapeutique photothermique. L'agent photothermique à base de nano-titane comprend un nanofeuillet bidimensionnel de titane et une substance biocompatible appliquée sur une surface du nanofeuillet bidimensionnel de titane. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes consistant : à prendre la matière première de titane, à exfolier la matière première de titane par exfoliation en phase liquide afin d'obtenir un nanofeuillet bidimensionnel de titane, à prendre une substance biocompatible, et à mélanger le nanofeuillet bidimensionnel de titane avec la substance biocompatible à une température comprise entre 10 et 30 °C pendant 3 à 6 h afin d'obtenir un agent photothermique à base de nano-titane.
