The constriction device comprises at least two protruding pressure elements (101a', 101b', 101c') configured to create bilateral pressure on at least one from a list consisting of: the facial veins (10), the superficial temporal veins (20), the posterior auricular veins (30), and the occipital veins (40), such that the blood flow in the constricted veins is restricted.
