PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic system which can confirm a body mark from different view points in the body mark using a three-dimensional subject image.

SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic system 1 acquires the position information of a probe 2 by a magnetic sensor 8 and prepares an ultrasonic image and a reference image for the same tomographic surface. The ultrasonic diagnostic system 1 determines the view point and a projection surface in three-dimensional visualizing processing on the basis of the position information of the probe 2 by a view point and projection surface coordinate calculation part 12, prepares the three-dimensional subject image by projecting volume data to the projection surface by a three-dimensional subject image preparation part 13, prepares a three-dimensional tomographic surface image by projecting an ultrasonic tomographic surface to the projection surface by a three-dimensional tomographic surface image preparation part 14, prepares a three-dimensional composite image by combining the three-dimensional subject image and the three-dimensional tomographic surface image by a three-dimensional composite image preparation part 15, and displays the ultrasonic image, the reference image and the three-dimensional composite image at a display part 5 in correspondence.
