ELECTRIC SURGICAL INSTRUMENT. A surgical instrument includes a surgical terminal effector having a receiving segment for removably receiving an interchangeable segment. The receiving segment has a communication connection. A knob attached to the terminal effector activates the terminal effector. The handle has an electrically wired controller with the communication connection to authenticate the interchangeable part when positioned on the terminal effector. An interchangeable part is removably attached to the receiving segment and has an electrically removable encryption device connected to the switching connection when placed on the receiving segment. The encryption device authenticates the interchangeable part when requested by the electrical controller.INSTRUMENTO CIRúRGICO ELéTRICO. Um instrumento cirúrgico inclui um efetor terminal cirúrgico, tendo um segmento recebedor para receber, de modo removível, um segmento intercambiável.
