PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel in which a fishing line is prevented from coming off out of a narrow fishing line guide to a wide opening when the fishing line is wound, and thereby a winding state can be stabilized, in the fishing reel having the fishing line guide body with the narrow fishing line guide and the wide opening.SOLUTION: A fishing reel has a fishing line guide body 60 that includes a fishing line insertion part 60A with a fishing line fed from a spool 5A inserted thereto, and a body part 60B engaged with a worm shaft disposed between left and right side plates.
