In one embodiment, no sensor adaptive optical imaging system is included light source, the optical delivery unit with wavefront modification element and is configured as being obtained optical coherence tomography (OCT) sensor of OCT image based on light that is launched by light source and transmitting by optical delivery unit. The system further includes processing unit, which can be with: processing OCT image and the parameter regulation for determining wavefront modification element. In some embodiments, which includes micro- (MPM) sensor of multi-photon, obtains MPM images based on the light transmitted by optical delivery unit.
