The audio output programming controls 30, 70 comprise an audio-based output menu providing voice prompts describing the features of the menu item. The manual input controls include manual buttons in electronic communication with the user programming system 11. One manual button 50 operates selection of a menu item 40 within the programming system and a second manual button 60 selects a training option 42 available within the menu item.
