PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amniotic membrane preparations used for wound healing and treatment of various diseases such as inflammation and angiogenesis related diseases, and compounds of combination of biological ingredients that are purified compositions containing substances obtained from amniotic membrane preparations as an at least one ingredient.SOLUTION: Amniotic membrane compositions comprise powder of amniotic membrane materials obtained by isolating from frozen or previously-frozen human placenta, and by fine-grinding or grinding or extracts extracted from the powder.
