To provide a holding jig for holding an instrument used for a surgery or a surgery training, in which the instrument can be rotated with a fixed one point as a center of the rotation and with two directions orthogonal to each other as axial directions of the rotation even if the structure is simplified.SOLUTION: A holding jig 1 includes: a holding member 4 for holding instruments 2, 3; a supporting member 5 for rotatably supporting the holding member 4; and a supporting member 6 for rotatably supporting the supporting member 5. The axial direction of the rotation of the holding member 4 and the axial direction of the rotation of the supporting member 5 are orthogonal to each other. The holding member 4 comprises: a holding part 4a that holds a part to be held 3a of the instrument 3 having an axial center CA2; a holding part 4b that holds a part to be held 2a of the instrument 2 having an axial direction CA1; and a connection part 4d for connecting the holding part 4a and the holding part 4b.
