To this end, the acupuncture apparatus for an embedding therapy provided with a replaceable handle comprises: a needle which embeds a medical thread into a human body an embedding needle main body which is coupled to a needle at a front end portion thereof and forms an insertion groove at a rear end portion thereof, so that the handle can be detachably inserted into the insertion groove and a handle in which an insertion unit, inserted into the insertion groove of the embedding needle main body, is extendedly formed at the front end portion thereof.
