And the displaying includes: first displaying, in association with a first period in which the measurement results represent a sleep state, a first color that represents a depth of sleep by shading and has a first hue corresponding to the sleep state； and second displaying, in association with a second period in which the measurement results represent a non-sleep state, a second color that represents an intensity of an activity by the shading and has a second hue corresponding to the non-sleep state.
