The present invention relates to a functional composition for alleviating atopic dermatitis, which uses eco-friendly natural ingredients. More preferably, the present invention relates to a functional composition for alleviating atopic dermatitis, which uses a mixture of natural crude juices to improve and treat skin diseases, including atopic dermatitis, while preventing side effects of agents for treating atopic dermatitis. The composition according to the present invention is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: generating crude juices by chopping Artemisia argyi Lev. et Vant, Morus alba L., chlorophyl, Lentinula edodes, ginseng, Ceramium kondoi Yendo and Ginkgo biloba individually at a temperature of 10°C generating juice by chopping Zanthoxylum piperitum at a temperature of 20°C dipping dry white radish obtained by cutting white radish into a size of 3 cm and drying the cut radish for 2 months in the sun and in the shade alternately, in water at 10°C to extract amylase and introducing each of the juices of Artemisia argyi Lev. et Vant, Morus alba L., chlorophyl, Lentinula edodes, ginseng, Ceramium kondoi Yendo, Ginkgo biloba and Zanthoxylum piperitum, and the amylase to a mixing container at a weight ratio of 1:1 and mixing them to obtain a concentrated mixture warming the mixture to 20°C without degradation of nutrients and checking the solidified state of the mixture after 24 hours, and further checking the solidified state after additional 6-12 hours.
