PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system capable of solving the problem of damage in a connection part and a transmission line by wirelessly transmitting a call signal from a call slave unit to a slave unit plate, and also capable of responding to unwiring without largely changing a conventional nurse call system.SOLUTION: A nurse call slave unit 1 includes: a call slave unit 1a having a first wireless communication part 12 for wirelessly originating a call signal and slave unit plates 1b having a second wireless communication part 32 for receiving the call signal originated from the call slave unit 1a and an adapter CPU 37 for transmitting the received call signal to a nurse call master unit 2. The slave unit plates 1b include: an embedded slave unit 5 to be arranged on a wall surface and a slave unit adapter 4 to be mounted on the embedded slave unit 5.
