A curds cutting tool (10) comprises a collection of cutting blades (14) parallel to one and the same cutting plane (P), fixed to a common support (16) by one of their ends, and aligned along a longitudinal axis (X) of the support that makes an angle with the cutting plane so as to form a comb of blades. Each blade has two flat lateral portions (14A, 14B) each positioned in a plane parallel to the cutting plane (P), and a wavy central portion (14C) connecting the two lateral portions. This wavy central portion improves the rigidity of the blades and allows their thickness to be decreased and their length increased without having to resort to stiffening elements which have the disadvantage of causing the curds to crumble.
