PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant restoration method capable of stably restoring a callus into a plant, and a plant reproduction method capable of stably reproducing a plant without being affected by weather, season or the like.SOLUTION: A plant restoration method comprises the steps of: greening a callus by culturing a callus in a greening culture containing pentose and inducing an adventitious embryo from the greened callus.
