A hopper (1) includes a passage (1a) allowing medicines to be passed downward. A lower part of the hopper (1) is a deformable part (122) with flexibility and the deformable part (122) can be deformed to open/close the passage (1a). Thus, the deformable part (122) constituting part of the hopper (1) is deformed to open/close the passage (1a). As a result, there are no parts such as an opening/closing plate on which drug residue can remain, and there are few gaps in the hopper (1) in which drug residue can be deposited. As a consequence, the hopper remains virtually free of drug residue.
