PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist device for roentgenography capable of adjusting an oppression direction of a gastric region in the assist device for roentgenography that is disposed at an epigastric region of a subject lying prone in a bed and used for oppressing the abdominal region, when roentgenographing the gastric region with a radiographic device with a tiltable bed.SOLUTION: The assist device for roentgenography includes: oppression means that is inflated by feed of a fluid and fluid feed means that feeds the fluid to the oppression means. The oppression means includes a balloon inflated by inflow of the fluid, and a package for including the balloon. The package comprises a lower-side package in which four balloons are disposed in a grid shape with two rows and two columns, and an upper-side package that is located on an upper face side of he lower-side package and in which balloons are disposed with the center located at a central position of the four balloons.
