CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving proliferation and differentiation potency of stem cells contains an Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix extract. The extract is prepared by treating Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix with water, methanol, ethanol, or a mixture thereof. The stem cells are totipotent stem cells or multipotent stem cells.
