The present invention relates to a gastroretentive swelling tablet with improved beta-lapachone solubility which is a poorly soluble drug and, more specifically, to a gastroretentive swelling tablet comprising beta-lapachone in which swelling properties, dissolution characteristics, and mechanical strength are improved compared to a convention. The gastroretentive swelling tablet comprising beta-lapachone of the present invention can greatly improve bioavailability by improving solubility of beta-lapachone, shows excellent dissolution characteristics by swelling appropriately； and shows sufficient mechanical strength to withstand the movement of the stomach compared to a conventional formulation.본 발명은 난용성 약물인 베타-라파촌의 용해도를 개선시킨 팽윤성 위체류 정제(tablet)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 종래에 비해 팽윤성, 용출 특성 및 기계적 강도가 개선된 베타-라파촌 함유 팽윤성 위체류 정제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 베타-라파촌을 함유하는 팽윤성 위체류 정제는 종래의 제형 대비 베타-라파촌의 용해도가 개선되어 생체 이용률을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 적절하게 팽윤되어 우수한 용출 특성을 나타내고, 위 운동에 견딜 수 있는 충분한 기계적 강도를 나타내는 장점이 있다.
