Other embodiments relate to live attenuated alphaviruses, methods of producing the constructs, and use of these live attenuated alphaviruses in immunogenic compositions. Other embodiments relate to pharmaceutical compositions comprising live attenuated alphaviruses and methods for producing these live attenuated viruses.
