PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling tool capable of retaining an appropriate cooling temperature for a long time without giving unpleasantness if the tool is applied to a desired part of a human body.SOLUTION: The cooling tool is composed of flat bag bodies (A) in which a material (a) with a melting point 5 to 15°C lower than the temperature of a cooled part of a human body is encapsulated, and flat bag bodies (B) in which a material (b) with a melting point lower than that of the material (a) is encapsulated, the flat bag bodies being laminated on one another.
