PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter the outer diameter of which can be made small and which is suitable for a use requiring two guide wires to pass through the catheter simultaneously.SOLUTION: The catheter includes a catheter body (20) with a lumen formed through which a guide wire passes, and a partition wall (30) which is provided so as to close the lumen at a predetermined position therein and divides the lumen into a distal end side lumen (22a) and a proximal end side lumen (22b).
