Разрез брюшины продлевают латерально вдоль круглой связки матки с каждой стороны с выходом на лонную кость на уровне запирательного отверстия. Сетчатый полипропиленовый протез фиксируют отдельными узловыми швами, отступив от краев на 5 см посередине к передней стенке влагалища как можно дистальнее. Свободные концы сетчатого протеза фиксируют отдельными полипропиленовыми швами к надкостнице лонной кости справа и слева. Непрерывной рассасывающейся монофиламентной нитью выполняют ушивание разреза брюшины. В частном случае используют сетчатый пропиленовый протез размером не менее 3 см на 10 см.
