PURPOSE: A bean sprout cultivation method is provided to completely block the insertion of sunlight, and to effectively absorb nutrients. CONSTITUTION: Soil components are inserted into a cultivation container. Beans (k) for growing bean sprouts are arranged on the soil components, and a first layer of the soil components (11) covers the beans (10). A second layer of the soil components (21) covers the bean sprouts (100) which has grown over the first layer of the soil components (20). A third layer of the soil components (31) covers the bean sprouts which has grown over the second layer of the soil components (30). The soil components selectively uses functional soil selected from yellow soil, elvan powder, jade powder, and germanium powder. The soil components are mixed with calcium, chitosan, and vitamins. 본 발명의 덮음 과정을 통한 콩나물 재배방법 및 그 콩나물 에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 토양 또는 토양대체물질(11) 위로 콩을 배열하여 콩을 심은 후 물을 급수하여 재배하는 과정에서 토양 또는 토양대체물질(11)을 뚫고 나오기전 콩나물(100) 위로 토양 또는 토양대체물질을 이용하여 덧덮어 주는 토양 또는 토양대체물질 덧덮음 단계를 반복적으로 하게 됨으로써 최종적으로 콩나물(100)을 수확 할 때까지 햇볕의 노출을 막을 수 있음과 동시에 콩나물(100)이 자라날 때 옆으로 휘어지지 않고 직선으로 곧게 자라게 되어 수확 시 편리성과 미려함을 높이며 무엇보다 햇볕의 노출이 없어 신선도가 높으며 영양분을 효과적으로 흡수 하여 시음 시 고소한 맛을 더할 수 있는 콩나물(100)을 재배하는 방법 및 그 콩나물에 관한 것이다.
