PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning jig for a cut block for cutting a bone.SOLUTION: A cut block positioning jig 10 includes a first alignment member 22, a second alignment member 24, and both first and second guide members 110, 112. The first alignment member 22 is movable towards and away from a patient's bone on which the positioning jig is mounted to arrange the positioning jig at a predetermined position relative to the patient's bone on the basis of x-rays of the patient. The second alignment member 24 is movable towards and away from the bone to arrange the jig at the predetermined position relative to the bone.
