PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin state detection device capable of performing accurate follow-up observation by directly observing a state of an affected part from above a protection sheet attached to the skin of an affected part such as a bedsore and correcting optical characteristics of the protection sheet.SOLUTION: A skin state detection device for detecting a state of the skin through a protection sheet attached to the skin of a subject includes a light source 4 for irradiating a white light onto the protection sheet 200 or the skin 100, a detection part 5 for detecting reflected light intensities of respective wavelength bands of red, green, and blue colors reflected by the protection sheet 200 or the skin 100, and a control part 10 for correcting the reflected light intensities of the respective wavelength bands of red, green, and blue colors based on a difference between the reflected light intensity of the white light from the skin to which the protection sheet 200 is attached, and the reflected light intensity of the white light from the skin, and determining the state of the skin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】床ずれのような患部の皮膚に被着した保護シートの上から直接患部の状態を観察し、かつ保護シートの光学的特性を補正して正確な経過観察が可能な皮膚状態検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】被験者の皮膚に貼付された保護シートを介して皮膚の状態を検知するための皮膚状態検知装置であって、保護シート200又は皮膚100に白色光を照射するための光源4と、保護シート200又は皮膚100で反射した赤色、緑色、青色それぞれの波長帯の反射光強度を検知するための検知部5と、保護シート200を貼付した皮膚からの白色光の反射光強度と、皮膚からの白色光の反射光強度との差分に基づいて、赤色、緑色、青色それぞれの波長帯の反射光強度を補正し、皮膚の状態を判定する制御部10と、を有することを特徴としている。【選択図】図3
