The present invention relates to a method for planting a slope using eco-soil including a growing agent, an odor neutralizer, a moisturizer and an adhesive in place of planting soil made by fermenting conventional wastewater treatment sludge or pulp, and paper sludge scattered on a cutting area or a fill slope, thereby being rapid in initial germination of a seed； being excellent in plant growth after germination； preventing civil appeals because of preventing an odor from the planting soil； reducing a sliding phenomenon of the planting soil； and extending the kind of seeds to all the herbaceous plants or wild flowers without being limited to bentgrass.
