PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing a fenofibrate-containing pharmaceutical preparation composition having solubility and absorbability comparable to those of a pharmaceutical preparation containing a surfactant, without containing sodium lauryl sulfate or a nonionic surfactant in the fenofibrate-containing pharmaceutical preparation composition.SOLUTION: The method is characterized by producing granules containing micronized fenofibrate and a water-soluble polymer by wet granulation.
