Habitat for providing an ecological environment for fishes is provided. Multistage fish shelter includes a plurality of shelves where fishes can spawn and hatch or hibernate. Each shelf provides different inhabitation environments in consideration to the inhabitation conditions to the preference to various kinds of fishes, and a muddy-stream blocking water gate blocking a muddy stream when water level of the inside of a body where multistage fish shelter is installed reaches a predetermined height. The present invention provides proper environments of inhabitation environments for structural particles of an underwater ecosystem and fishes for the structural particles of an underwater ecosystem and fishes which inhabit in an inhabitation environment damaged by artificial activities in a freshwater area or which are not sufficient, thereby providing an ecological environment for fishes to form an optimal inhabitation environment for structural particles of the underwater ecosystem by providing environments to stably spawn, hatch, flee for refuge from floods and natural enemies such as birds, and a resting place.어류의 생태계 환경을 제공하기 위한 서식처가 제공된다. 다단 생태어초는 복수의 어류들의 산란, 부화 또는 동면을 위한 복수 개의 선반들을 포함하며, 복수의 어류들이 선호하는 서식 조건을 고려하여 복수 개의 선반들 별로 상이한 서식 환경을 제공하고, 탁류차단수문은 다단 생태어초가 설치된 본체 내부의 수위가 사전에 설정된 높이에 도달하면, 본체로 유입되는 탁류를 차단한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 담수역에서 인위적인 활동에 의하여 서식 환경이 파괴되거나, 불충분해진 어류 및 수중생태계 구성 인자들에게 그들의 서식환경에 적합한 환경을 조성하여줌으로써 안정적인 산란 및 부화와 홍수, 조류 등 천적으로부터의 피난과 휴식을 제공하여, 수중 생태계를 구성하는 요소들에게 최적의 서식 환경을 조성하기 위한 어류의 생태계 환경을 제공할 수 있다.
