A health inquiring and decision-making system comprises a physiological measuring unit, a psychological monitoring unit, a decision-making unit, an edible information output unit, an activity information output unit and a display unit. The physiological measuring unit and the psychological monitoring unit are used to capture physiological and psychological information.
