It is intended to provide a method of accumulating a partial peptide of a mite antigenicprotein containing a plurality of T-cell epitopes or a mite antigenic peptidemodified such that a conformation for being recognized as an antigen is not formedin rice seeds, and a plant in which the peptide is accumulated. The present inventorstried to produce rice seeds (rice) in which a modified mite antigenic peptidewas accumulated for achieving the above object. As a result, genetically modifiedrice in which the modified mite antigenic peptide was expressed and accumulatedwas developed. By allowing mice to take the rice by mouth, immune tolerance wasinduced, and particularly an effect of the rice on asthma was demonstrated, andthus, the invention has been completed.
