The present invention relates to an aid band which is formed to be used by one hand and includes: a sheet to which an adhesive is applied a gauze attached to a side of the sheet to which the adhesive is applied and a first release paper and a second release paper which are attached on both sides of the gauze. The first release paper is attached on the surface of the sheet to be located from one end portion of the sheet to the center of the gauze. The second release paper is formed to cover the gauze and an upper portion of the first release paper from the other end portion of the sheet. The adhesive is applied to a portion where the second release paper faces the first release paper. The aid band capable of being used by one hand can be provided. The aid band can be used by users such as nurses and emergency rescuers in an easy manner as the aid band can be used by one hand in an easy manner. Increase in production costs can be minimized as the aid band can be manufactured by an existing aid band manufacturing equipment.
