System which comprises: a gutter (1) for the reception and securing of the plants to be cultivated without the plant being damaged, where the gutter has a base and two lateral sides, some means of securing (3.3, 2.3) the plant at its base or stem, in the space between its roots and the top part, some means for ensuring the necessary pressure of the securing means of the gutter on the plant at its base or stem. In a possible embodiment the system is made in one single piece in a triangular configuration of converging lateral sides and with its top half of a reduced thickness. In a second embodiment, the system also has a "U"-shaped gutter that exerts pressure on the lateral sides of the gutter (1) securing the plant, ensuring sufficient pressure of the means of securing the gutter on the plant at its base or stem.
