PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing support system, dispensing support program and pharmaceutical information registration method capable of shortening a time for registration work of pharmaceutical information when registering the pharmaceutical information, while inhibiting input omission of a specific item corresponding to a type of a dispensing device.SOLUTION: The dispensing support system includes: display means in which an input screen G11 is displayed for inputting pharmaceutical information and operation means that receives an input operation of the pharmaceutical information in the input screen G11. The dispensing support system identifies a type of a dispensing device used along with the dispensing support system, and can display a preset specific item B1 corresponding to the type of the dispensing device in items of the pharmaceutical information to be displayed on the input screen G11, in a different display mode (such as a color of an item frame) from that of a normal item C1.
