PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computed tomography (CT) apparatus capable of improving the image quality in tomography.SOLUTION: The computed tomography apparatus includes multiple energy identification detectors each of which captures incident X-ray photons emitted from an X-ray source at a prescribed visual field position by using prescribed scan parameters, and a processing section which determines the count of the photons of the incident X-ray captured at multiple energy windows of each energy identification detector and adjust the count of the photons for each of the energy windows of each energy identification detector on the basis of a prescribed detector angle response calibration reference table.【課題】断層撮影における画質の向上を可能とするコンピュータ断層撮影（Computed Tomography：ＣＴ）装置を提供する。【解決手段】コンピュータ断層撮影装置は、所定のスキャンパラメータを用いて、所定の視野位置のＸ線源から放射される入射Ｘ線光子を捕捉する複数のエネルギー識別検出器と、各エネルギー識別検出器の複数のエネルギーウィンドウにおいて、捕捉された入射Ｘ線光子の光子計数を決定し、所定の検出器角度応答校正参照テーブルに基づき、各エネルギー識別検出器のエネルギーウィンドウごとに光子計数を調整する処理部とを備える。【選択図】図８
