When the reverse movement preventing device pressurizes a restoring member by the pressure of the urine discharged to the urine inducing member, the urine is discharged by opening the moving guide. When the urine is not supplied, the container prevents the reverse movement of the urine by closing the moving guide. The cover member closes the container and fixes and pressurizes the moving guide.
