PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone fixing device in which a shaft part and a head part are formed as individual components.SOLUTION: A bone fixing device is provided including: a shaft part 2 that should be fixed to a bone or a spinal column a head part 3 and a reception part 4 for receiving the head part 3 to connect the shaft part 2 to a rod. The shaft part 2 and the head part 3 are individual components. The head part 3 includes: a bore 31 having a cylindrical inner surface a ring-shaped groove 34 provided on the inner surface and at least one slit 35 extending from an inner surface to an external surface 30 of the head part 3. The shaft part 2 includes: a first portion 21 fixed to the bone or the spinal column and a second portion 23 having a cylindrical external surface and adjacent to a free end 27.
