PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tilting of a gasket by increasing slide resistance of the gasket in a sterilization process without increasing the slide resistance of the gasket in inserting the gasket into an outer cylinder and in using as an injection syringe.SOLUTION: A gasket 3 for a pre-filled syringe comprises a barrel part 36 and a tail par 37. The barrel part 36 is connected to a distal end of a plunger and forms at least a seal surface 35 brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface 25 of an outer cylinder 2.
