The device comprises a rear ring and a front ring, by means of which rings the device annularly surrounds a penis in the front and rear regions of the penis. The two rings are connected to each other by means of an intermediate part, which partially covers the penis between the rings. A vibration unit is integrated within the device. The device is made of an elastic, skin-compatible, slippery material.
