The combination comprises one or more of a benzoheterocyclic compound of formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate, a crystalline form, a cocrystal, a stereoisomer, an isotope compound, a metabolite and a prodrug thereof, and an androgen receptor pathway modulator and/or a hormone drug. The combination and treatment method may effectively inhibit the growth of prostate cancer cells.
