The present invention relates to a rotating hydroponic cultivation apparatus. The rotating hydroponic cultivation apparatus comprises: a support vertically installed on the ground； upper and lower rotary shafts respectively installed on an upper and a lower portion of the support to be able to rotate； driven sprockets formed on both sides of the lower rotary shaft； a power generation unit provided to rotate the driven sprockets； driving sprockets formed on both sides of the upper rotary shaft； connection members connecting the driven sprockets and the driving sprockets at both sides, respectively； a nutrient solution exchange unit including a shaft both ends of which are horizontally hinge-coupled to the connection members at both sides, a plurality of cultivation means which have links connected to the shaft on both upper sides and a port having a nutrient solution stored therein, a discharge unit which discharges the nutrient solution stored in the port, and a liquid supply unit of which supplies the nutrient solution； a light source of radiating light to the port； and a control unit temporarily stopping or rotating the port in the nutrient solution exchange unit by controlling the driving of the connection members.
