PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BP (Binding Potential) imaging program capable of presenting BP of abnormal regions even if both normal and abnormal regions are present in an ROI (Region of Interest) presenting BP for a brain under pathological conditions with damage to gray matter or white matter accurately identifying anatomical regions on a PET brain image and facilitating BP evaluation of the whole cerebral region.SOLUTION: A BP imaging program includes steps of aligning an MRI brain image to a PET brain image separating gray matter portions and white matter portions from the MRI brain image and applying noise removal processing defining an ROI in a reference region of the MRI brain image and defining the same ROI on the PET brain image defining an elliptical ROI on the PET brain image and inputting a time-radiation count value for each pixel therein computing BP for each pixel in the elliptical ROI of the PET brain image by means of the reference region method using the PET brain image in the elliptical ROI and the time-radiation count values in the ROI in the reference region and displaying BP in the gray matter portions and/or white matter portions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ROI中に正常、異常な領域が混在する場合でも異常な領域のBPを示し、灰白質又は白質が損傷を受けるような病態に応じてBPを示し、PET脳画像上に解剖学的領域を正確に特定し、脳内全体の領域でのBPの評価を容易に行うBP画像化プログラム等を提供する。【解決手段】PET脳画像を基準としてMRI脳画像の位置合わせを行う。MRI脳画像から灰白質部分と白質部分とを分離してノイズ除去処理を行う。MRI脳画像に対して参照領域にROIを設定し、当該ROIをPET脳画像に設定する。PET脳画像に楕円形状のROIを設定し、当該ROIについて一画素毎に時間-放射能カウント値を入力する。楕円形状のROIにおけるPET脳画像と参照領域のROIにおける時間-放射能カウント値とを用いて、参照領域法に基づき楕円形状のROIにおけるPET脳画像の一画素毎にBPを算出する。灰白質部分及び/又は白質部分のBPを表示する。【選択図】図21
