A cooling and heating system is disclosed. The cooling and heating system provided to a windowless space comprises: a fan discharging air inside the windowless space and a tube separately provided from the fan and connected to enable the air to be introduced into the windowless space passing through an underground space. The tube enables the external air to be introduced into the windowless space when pressure inside the windowless space is reduced by discharging the air inside the windowless space to the outside using the fan. Therefore, the cooling and heating system can saves energy by reducing cooling and heating loads of the windowless space.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016냉난방 시스템이 개시된다. 본 무창(無窓) 공간에 구비된 냉난방 시스템은, 무창 공간 내의 공기를 배출시키는 팬 및 팬과 별개로 구비되고, 지하를 통과하여 무창 공간 내로 외부 공기가 유입되도록 연결된 튜브를 포함하며, 튜브는, 팬이 무창 공간 내의 공기를 외부로 배출시킴에 따라 무창 공간 내의 압력이 감소되면, 외부 공기를 무창 공간 내로 유입시킨다. 이에 따라, 무창 공간의 냉난방 부하를 감소시켜 에너지 사용을 줄일 수 있다.
