The invention relates to the use of the fraction of the STIM1 protein localized to the plasma membrane of the cells in a method for screening candidate molecules for treating chronic lymphatic leukaemia and/or systemic lupus erythematosus. The invention also relates to a substance interacting with the fraction of the STIM1 protein localized to the plasma membrane of the cells for use as a medicinal product in the treatment of chronic lymphatic leukaemia and/or systemic lupus erythematosus, as well as to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one substance according to the invention.L'invention concerne l'utilisation de la fraction de la protéine STIM1 située au niveau de la membrane plasmatique des cellules dans un procédé de criblage de molécules candidates pour traiter la leucémie lymphatique chronique et/ou le lupus érythémateux disséminé. L'invention concerne en outre une substance interagissant avec la fraction de la protéine STIM1 située au niveau de la membrane plasmatique des cellules pour utilisation en tant que produit médicinal dans le traitement de la leucémie lymphatique chronique et/ou du lupus érythémateux disséminé, ainsi qu'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant au moins une substance selon l'invention.
