PURPOSE: A permanent tree crown and tree shape restoring method by grafting is provided to use a pot approach grafting process, a drill approach grafting process, and a shading and closed veneer grafting process for restoring trees. CONSTITUTION: A permanent tree crown and tree shape restoring method by grafting comprises the following steps: preparing grafts using trees planted around an object tree with the damaged tree crown or the same kinds of tree with the object tree for a pot approach grafting process； removing the contact column of the object tree by the thickness of the grafts； removing the cambium from the grafts to the same length of the removal portion of the sapwood on the object tree； fixing the grafts to the object tree； removing the grafts after 10-20 months from the object tree； and drill approach grafting or shading and closed veneer grafting the object tree with the tree crown.본 발명은 분 호접을 수행한 후, 드릴 호접 및 차광과 밀폐 절접 중 하나 이상의 접목법을 수행하여, 수목의 손상된 수관부를 소생시키고 수목의 영구수형을 복원할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 접목법을 이용한 수형복원 방법은, 수관부가 손상되어 죽은 것처럼 보이는 수목을 소생시키고 그 수형을 복원하는데 효과적이므로, 희귀 수목, 천연기념물, 보호수, 노거수 등의 복원 방법으로 이용될 수 있다.
